Terms of service
These terms explain the rules for using Creative DNA and its paid memberships.
Effective 3 September 20261. The service
Creative DNA is a digital creative direction service operated by Marbys Negretti in Madrid, Spain. It helps members develop ideas into narrative, visual and production directions. The service may use artificial intelligence to generate and refine material.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Memberships and payment
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions processed by Stripe. The price and features shown at checkout apply when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Taxes may be added or handled by Stripe according to your location and the checkout configuration.
4. Your material
You retain your rights in the ideas and material you submit. You give Creative DNA the limited permission required to process, store and transform that material in order to provide the service. You must have the right to submit it and must not upload unlawful content, confidential information belonging to others or sensitive personal data.
5. Generated material
Creative outputs are starting points for human creative decisions. They may contain mistakes and may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing originality, accuracy, rights clearance and suitability before publishing, producing or using an output commercially. Creative DNA does not guarantee revenue, audience growth or any specific commercial result.
6. Fair use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with security, resell access, scrape the service or use it to violate another person's rights. Access may be restricted or terminated when necessary to protect users, the service or applicable law.
7. Availability and changes
Features may evolve during the founding beta. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated when reasonably possible.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Creative DNA is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities or decisions made from generated material. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
